  • Tess is a one of a kind trainer - I don't know anyone like her - she runs well organised training sessions that she tailors to meet everyones individual needs. She is extremely entertaining, flexible and no topic is off limits. She is motivating, refreshing and uplifting to be around, she knows her stuff, and more. After having 3 kids and carrying them around for far too long, I ended up with issues in my hips and lower back. I felt like I was living in an old ladies body. Having had 2 kids herself, Tess knew exactly what was going on and ran classes designed to target these types of problems for women. Her classes are never boring, she is like a book of far too many challenging but worthwhile exercises and the best one liners that will have you in stitches whilst working up a sweat.   • After suffering a debilitating back injury 3 years ago, where my spine specialist suggested I try Pilates before surgery, I found Tess. She was aware of my injuries and adapted exercises to suit my limited abilities and pain threshold. It is only due to her that I am now Pain Free, Medication Free and do not require back surgery. Tess knows just how hard to push us so we achieve the best results and the smaller class size makes her better able to assist us individually. I never liked exercise, but I now never miss my Pilates with Tess. She has got me where I am today.

  • I have been going to gyms for years. I'm White lycra tights and G-string leotard vintage. The last couple of years I've found it harder to adapt to the latest exercise "phenomenons". I love HIIT, but can no longer skip, jump on those stupid boxes or do the dreaded Burpee! I want to enjoy my time out exercising. I want my body to hurt (in a good way), I want to see results, but I don't want to pee myself or vomit in the process! Then I found Tess and her Zip Up Your Purse classes! Amazing! She's a pocket rocket, proud kiwi living in Aussie, a mother and a Superhero to her "Birds" that take her classes. Its like Pilates on Steroids! Tess constantly evolves so every session is focusing on a different part of your body. Today was clearly Arse day!
